Gentle Leadership

This week we tackle "gentle leadership," the soft-sounding, often misinterpreted leadership theory. While it piggy backs on top of the gentle parenting movement of a decade ago, there is a need to go deep, and make sure we aren't sacrificing standards and expectations in developing our people. While it has value, it's also important to elevate how we challenge those around us.
